With the Cost Centre feature, it is now possible to track costs under headings.
Cost Centre column has been added on Contract List dashboard.
In the hierarchy dashboard, it is possible to sort by Cost Centre and employees and easily access the relevant contracts.
New Financial Data Arrangements
There is a new payment rhythm in financial data called "Series of Dates". Payment dates can be added to these contracts, each of which requires payment of a certain amount.
The maturity type ‘automatically extended’ has been restructured.
A process that automatically terminates contracts has been configured. You can now terminate contracts by entering a ‘fixed end date’.
The display of the remaining time in the contract lists and contract details has been revised.
Main Dashboard Updates
"Draft Contracts" list has been replaced with "Final Contracts" list.
The Favourite Contracts list has been configured to show new information.
Filters have been added to the Income and Expense Chart. Now income and expenses can be tracked monthly and annually according to many filters.
Contract List Dashboard
The order of the displayed columns now can be configured.
Under "Status" it is also possible to filter for contracts that have been terminated but not yet expired.
In the contract list, the columns Employee and Cost Centre (Essentials and Professional only) and information on termination and notice period can be displayed as additional columns. “Cancelled” contracts are also marked with a symbol to the left of the first column.
Reporting Dashboard
New Reporting Dashboard is added.
Display contract reports over a period. Get detailed reports according to many fixed filters.
Better Communication
You can receive all changes information to a contract which you have subscribed with favorite icon, now by email. (Essentials and Professional only)
In the Contract Discussion menu, you can select the people you want to send messages to using ‘@’ (Essentials and Professional only)
Settings for e-mails can be configured in the profile settings.
Account settings
This menu has been structured to include Company Information, Settings, Users (Essentials and Professional only) and Login History (Essentials and Professional only).
Only company administrators can access this tab.
Under the ‘Login History’ tab, all user logins can be tracked with time and IP address (Essentials and Professional only)
The Administration Menu
Administration view (Essentials and Professional only) is available to members of the admin team and includes the tabs Contract Types (Professional only), Email Export (Professional only), Download and Audit Contract Data.
In the "Email Export" tab, you can set export orders that enable contractSILO to regularly send a csv file containing up-to-date contract data to the relevant recipients. (Only for professionals)
In the "Download" tab, members of the contract manager team can now create and download a zip file containing the contract documents belonging to the contractSILO account. (Only Essentials and Professional)
In the "Auditing Contract Data" tab, when changes are made to the text in the contract details, the entire text is no longer recorded, only a general note of the text change is made. (Essentials and Professional only)
On the "Auditing Contract Data" tab, you can limit the time period for deleting audit data. (Essentials and Professional only)
